OOP Enabling Infrastructure
The Interoperability interface of the Basque government (IDI) enables the integration of data and certificates obtained through interoperability in the simplest possible way.
Through IDI public administrations can access data and certificates, avoiding provision of them by citizens.
IDI is part of Basque Government’s technological platform for the digitization of administrative procedures called AUDIENCE. It is a web application which provides to the administration users direct access (after authentication) to data and certificates obtained through interoperability with all the guarantees of legality and security.

Moreover, for the external data transmissions all messages included in the digitally sign. were encrypted communications implementation level using the protocol HTTPS .
Barriers and success factors
The main difficulties have been not of technical nature, i.e. in the solution's implementation, but in coordination with other development teams both domestically in the Basque Government, as externally with the AGE or Provincial Councils.
