Define and implement EU-wide vocabulary
Description of Action
Definition and implementation of common EU-wide vocabulary. D-CAT is already in place and could be used in every member states. D-CAT is a standard model and vocabulary that facilitates the consumption and aggregation of metadata from multiple catalogues.

Expected Results
Common vocabularies enable and simplify cross-border data exchange. Moreover, they enable automated translation and mapping for cross-border services, thereby reducing errors and administrative burden.
